This is an absolutely stunning hotel! The pool is beyond gorgeous. We got an upgrade upon arrival. The restaurant looks out over the pool and ocean. The hotel is meticulously clean and the Palm trees lining the pool are stunning ! It’s just gorgeous and feels luxurious. The staff are just incredible! I think that is what makes or breaks your trip! The bartender at the swim up bar at the pool is the kindest man ever and he remembers your favourite drinks! The concierge Antonia is exceptional she goes above and beyond to help organize your trip! She left me a handwritten note in my room detailing all my reservations with the most beautiful penmanship. We loved her ! The beach club staff is incredible and they do go above and beyond for the guests! Dimitris is such a kind and good person ! The 2 front desk managers are so exceptional and kind. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. There is a women who is one of the managers we loved her abs she gave me a hug when I left! They also remembered it was my birthday and left me a handwritten note for my birthday and sent me a beautiful birthday cake with a candle ! This is the best hotel in Santorini ! Truly incredible hardworking staff !

The staff was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options that left nothing to be desired. The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and pleasant music playing throughout our stay, creating a relaxing vibe. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Nikki Beach Santorini to others. This hotel made our 5-night holiday in Santorini truly unforgettable!

Very good food, fresh fish everyday, excellent music, live DJ everyday at the pool, very nice, clean pools, the private pools amazing. Espresso machine in the room is a big plus, the missing cups the problem :). The beach is amazing! And being close to the airport is not a problem, we did not hear the planes, so no worries :) In 50 m from the property is a nice store if you want something after 10 pm, as the hotel bar is closed and also room service is not available.

My wife and my five month old baby arrived at Nikki beach to a very warm reception. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of juice and a hand shake with a smile. It was the first night of our honeymoon (familymoon) we were upgraded to a suite with a garden pool it was absolutely perfect 5 star plus to this resort the staff were amazing all so friendly and they tried there very best to make us have the best time and we highly recommend this beautiful venue.

We liked everything about our stay at Nikki Beach. The staff are fantastic, food is soo good especially the sushi. Drinks & food are London prices but really good. Music around the pool is good & we got really good day beds. As we booked through booking.com we got 50% off spa treatments which was a bonus and they upgraded our room to a suite with a pool which was perfect. Two great restaurants along the beach also. Perfect long weekend relaxing
